📣[Notice] Elimination of U.S. De Minimis Exemption – Aug 29, 2025

Dear Valued Customer,
This is Global AMORE MALL

Due to changes in U.S. customs regulations,

starting from Aug 29, 2025, 00:00 (U.S. Eastern Time), 
the De Minimis exemption will be eliminated.


As a result, for orders shipped to the U.S.,
Orders placed from Aug 27, 2025, 00:00 (EST) will be applied
Both a 15% Customs Duty on the Product Value and
a Separate Customs Clearance Fee (Approximately USD 18.3)

 

The duty will be automatically calculated and added during the clearance process
and DHL will notify customers via email and SMS and collect the duty directly.

The customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related charges.

As a buyer, it’s your responsibility to check which customs and import charges may apply, and to pay them. We might be able to give you some information about import charges, but before you buy an item, it's a good idea to check with your country's customs office for more specific details.

Once again, please note that import duties and taxes are not included in the price of the item. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

If customer is responsible for unclaimed packages (returned to GLOBAL AMORE MALL due to wrong or insufficient address/absence of addressee), they will not be refundable.
