The membership program has three tiers: WELCOME, FAMILY, and VIP. You become a WELCOME member immediately upon joining. If your purchase performance satisfies the for a higher level, your tier will be upgraded immediately

Tiers are calculated based on the purchase amount.

All tiers are maintained for six months after they are achieved. After this period, tiers are automatically adjusted according to purchase performance.

You can check your membership tier and purchase performance on the ACCOUNT PAGE and REWARD PAGE.

For customers who joined before January 1, 2025, tiers were assigned based on purchase from January 1 to December 31, 2024.
