Order

First of all, You can sign up as a member at GLOBAL AMORE MALL and place an order using the payment methods we support.
Currently, we accept the following credit cards and payment methods

You need to create an account before you can place an order with GLOBAL AMORE MALL.
You can create an account with a valid email address. If you have forgotten your password, you can set a new one on the account page.

You can check your orders under "My Account> My Orders”
The account summary displays your last orders and allows you to check your complete order history by clicking on the order number.

Custom products cannot be canceled after ordering.

Order cancellation can only be requested at the order complete page and account page.
Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after completion, and it may not always be possible to cancel.
If you want partial cancellation, please contact at support@amore-cbdtc.zendesk.com immediately.

You will pay in USD, but the invoice will be confirmed in local currency.
When paying by credit card, your name and billing address must match the address on file with the card issuer.

Order confirmations are sent to your email immediately.
If you haven’t received confirmation from us, please reach out to us or check your account on the official site. If you don’t know your order number, please confirm the email address and the full name provided when placing the order so that we can look into it for you.
Our emails may be accidentally flagged by spam filters. Please check your spam folder of your email and mark us as nice instead of spam.

Once your order has been shipped from our distribution center, we will send you an email with your online tracking information.
Use this information to track your order via the courier website linked in the email.

Shipping costs may vary depending on weight and distance.
In order to save on shipping costs, GLOBAL AMORE MALL regularly receives proposals from shipping partners and selects the most suitable courier for you.

Shipping address must be written in English. Orders may be canceled if written in other languages.
Orders that violate GLOBAL AMORE MALL policies (Rewards, Order Cancellation, etc.) may be canceled by GLOBAL AMORE MALL.
The maximum purchase quantity for each product is 5, except for [makeON SKIN LIGHT THERAPY 2], which has a maximum purchase quantity of 2.

Payment

All credit card transactions will be charged using USD.

If you pay using your credit card directly on our website, your credit card will be charged upon approval of the total order amount.
Prior to approval, your order is in the "Verification" or "On Hold" stage, during which you will not be charged.
After approval, your credit card will be charged and the order will enter the "Processing" stage.
If you use a third-party payment platform, e.g., PayPal, your credit card may be charged at order placement or another time.

Returns & Refunds

If you want to return a product, please leave the reason for the return of the ordered product through the "contact us" page. If the reason for return is a defective product, product wrong delivery, or skin problems, GLOBAL AMORE MALL will pay the shipping cost. However, in other cases, the shipping cost is to be borne by the customer.
If there is no problem with the returned product, the refund will be made after deducting the 'return shipping cost + order shipping cost' from the order payment amount.

Returns are not possible if any of the following apply.

• If the return period has elapsed

• In case the product is lost or damaged due to the customer's responsibility (however, except for the case where the packaging is damaged to check the contents of the product)

• In case the product value is significantly lost due to opening the packaging or damage to the packaging

• In case the value of the product has significantly decreased due to customer use or partial consumption

We are going to refund the product amount by PayPal or Eximbay(Payment Gateway).

When you receive your order, please check if there was any damage during shipping.
The packaging box may have some damage. However, if there is any damage to the packaging or the product inside the box, please contact us immediately.
If you provide us with your order number along with your e-mail address, we can process it quickly.

Check if your order has been damaged during shipment.
The packaging box may be damaged. If, however, the product and/or wrapping inside the box is damaged, then immediately contact us.
Send your e-mail address and order number and we will handle it in a timely manner.

If you have received an item that you did not order, please email us anytime.

It takes 7–10 business days after we receive your returned order and your refund will be credited to your bank account. Contact your bank for further details.

Shipping & Delivery

GLOBAL AMORE MALL is currently shipping to over 80 countries.
We are planning to expand the number of countries that can be shipped in stages.

GLOBAL AMORE MALL does not include the price of shipping in each product's price. This provides price transparency for customers. Shipping cost is calculated by weight and differs depending on the shipping method and destination country.

GLOBAL AMORE MALL typically offers free shipping for purchases over $50, please note that the policy of free shipping may be changed without notice

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse(AMOREPACIFIC Osan Logistics Center) in South Korea.

If the product you ordered is in stock, delivery will start 1 day after ordering, and it will take about 2-3 days from the date of receipt of delivery. Delivery time may vary slightly depending on the courier company, delivery country, and region.

Every order is normally shipped out within 72 business hours from the time of receiving the order.
It will ship out soon and you will receive tracking numbers to track your package.

When order parcels are shipped, we email tracking numbers to customers. The email contains both order details and shipment tracking numbers.

The reasons for the delay in delivery are as follows.

• Delay due to stock availability of ordered products
• Delay due to delivery company (Closed due to natural disasters such as weather, holidays, etc.)

Customs & Tax

When ordering from GLOBAL AMORE MALL, the customer is considered the importer of the purchased products and will be responsible for any customs tax, import duties, goods and services tax (GST), valued-added tax (VAT), or any similar customs-related charges.

Customs policies vary by country and GLOBAL AMORE MALL cannot make any guarantees as to whether or not shipments will be subject to customs-related fees. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

In addition to customs fees, customers may also incur other charges, such as administration or brokerage fees. These are handling charges incurred due to customs processing and clearance of your shipment. Customers are required to pay the relevant courier service upon delivery of the shipment.

Customers should contact their local customs office for information concerning banned items in their countries.
We are required by law to declare our shipments according to their actual content and value.
We cannot entertain requests to alter declaration values and/or content of shipments.
If for any reason your local customs authorities confiscate any items from your order, GLOBAL AMORE MALL is not responsible for reshipment or refund regarding the confiscated item(s).

If customers refuse a package due to customs issues, including refusal to pay customs tax or duties, failure to provide requested documents, or other related issues, we will not be responsible for any refund or reshipment of the refused package.

Occasionally, an invoice may be requested during customs clearance. In this case, it may be necessary to indicate the price of the free gift. We can send you an invoice by e-mail if you request it through the CS center.

Product Information

Yes, all of our products are genuine and are produced directly by AMOEPACIFIC factory located here in Korea.
AMOREPACIFIC is pursuing absolute quality in terms of product quality. We are also the most trusted cosmetic company in Korea.
You can use our products with confidence.

Our Top Priority is the Safety of Our Customers, which is why we are committed to the prevention of the sale and distribution of counterfeit products or products sold through unauthorized retail channels.

All products will have an expiry date noted on the packaging.
For all products except for some products, the shelf life of our products is three years when unopened and stored at room temperature.
We have suggested the product be used within 12 months of opening and this is indicated in the 'cosmetic manual’.

Please refer to the Korean - English translation below and check the dates marked on the product container or outer packaging.
Some products may only be marked with manufacture dates, and are expected to expire within one (1) year of opening.

To ensure that your products remain in optimal condition, we recommend storing them in a cool and dry area away from direct heat or sunlight.

Although it may not listed on the bottle, makeup does have their "expiration date."
Exposure to air, bacteria, and light causes makeup to degrade over time.
Try to store makeup in a cool, dry, and dark location, and wash hands and brushes/puffs before use to minimize contamination.
Other than being less effective, makeup past its shelf life can cause skin irritation and breakouts.
Be especially careful about eye makeup, as eyes are more susceptible to infection.
It is best to regularly clear out your cosmetics bag.
If the item has a smell or has changed color/consistency, it is definitely time to dispose of it.
Most beauty products should have a 3-year shelf life starting from their manufacturing date, and should be used within 1 year after being opened.
Certain types of products may have a longer or shorter shelf life.

Beauty brands develop new formulas and occasionally change product packaging to follow market trends.
As such, a product may change packaging or have a slightly different texture when new formulas or versions are released.

As a member, you will be eligible to earn points whenever you make purchases, write reviews, refer friends, or following & sharing our social media!
It's worth $1 per 100 points. Points earned for each activity are valid for one year.

Yes, they do expire.
Coupons do have expiration dates and conditions, and expired coupons will not be extended for any reason.
Also, points will expire if your account has been inactive for one year and refer point.
Referring reward: 60 days, Referred reward 1 year expire.

After log in, you can check it in the Rewards menu on the account page or in the Rewards widget.

You can view all coupons via "My Account > Rewards"and "email".
This section displays your coupon record and you can also check a coupon's expiration date by clicking on the coupon number.

Don’t worry, sometimes it takes a few minutes for our system to process and apply points to your account.
